I saw watched this one on an HD channel recently and was extremely impressed. The plot is very good, the animation was excellent, and the story has a very interesting and satisfying ending.

I'm not particularly huge on either anime or manga, but this was quite good, if overly wordy at times. Really beautiful cyberpunk visuals, and an amazing electronic soundtrack by Kenji Kawai (especially the closing credit music, which I really, really want to own now.)
